Hendrik Swanepoel (director) has 15 years experience in Construction & Maintenance and 17 year Retail Management . Francois Swanepoel (director) has 30 years experience in Architecture & Construction, 13 years in (BIM) Building Information Management and 18 years as Educator in the industry.
Our expertise includes Architecture, Building Estimating, Project Management, Procurement, Contract Administration, Building Construction & Maintenance, Joinery Manufacturing (design & fitting), Retail Management & the Municipal Sector. The past 22 years our focus expanded to BIM Implementation to expert level. As natural progression, we became a official Matterport Service Partner and continually incorporate new technologies like Digital Surveying, Interactive Virtual Tours, Virtual Reality, Smart Building Data integration and more into our ecosystem and workflows.
